Impact of Pragya Yoga on Stress Level among College Students

Abstract

The aim of this study was to observe the effect of Pragya yoga on Stress level of the students with the age range 21-30 yrs. A sample of 30 male students was selected from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidhyalaya, Shantikunj, Haridwar, Uttrakhand, by using method of accidental sampling. Pre and post research design has been employed and for data analysis t-test has been used. Calculated t- value for stress level was significant at 0.01. So it may be concluded that Pragya yoga plays a positive and significant role to decrease stress level of the subjects.
